3. Offer
The Executive AI intensive is a paid professional workshop / implementation program delivered in live sessions over multiple weeks.
For the currently offered cohort, the live sessions are scheduled for:
- Thursday, April 23, 2026
- Thursday, May 7, 2026
- Thursday, May 14, 2026
Each live session begins at 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
The program includes:
- 3 live sessions over 3 weeks
- 5 hours of core live instruction
- 1 private implementation consultation for the attendee and, where useful, the leadership team
- 8+ hours of total live access including Q&A and implementation support
- the current founding cohort is capped at 10 paid participants
The exact structure for the cohort is described on the relevant offer page.
4. Prices
Unless stated otherwise, all prices shown on the site are final prices.
If no VAT is charged under the Kleinunternehmerregelung pursuant to § 19 UStG, this will be reflected accordingly in invoicing.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Registration is only complete once payment has been successfully processed.
6. Refund policy for the Executive AI intensive
The Executive AI intensive is sold with a fit-based refund policy, not with a general free-cancellation policy.
If you attend Session 1 and then decide that the intensive is not the right fit, you may withdraw for a full refund, provided that:
- you notify us before Session 2 begins, and
- you have not continued into Session 2 or beyond
This refund policy is intended to let serious participants evaluate fit after the first session. It is not a general right to register speculatively and cancel freely before or during Session 1.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed individually, no refund is available once Session 2 has begun.
7. Consumer withdrawal rights
If you register as a consumer, statutory withdrawal rights may apply unless a legal exception applies.
For services connected to leisure activities that are provided on a specific date or within a specific period, German law may exclude the statutory right of withdrawal. See § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.
Because the current cohort is offered on specific scheduled dates, this exception may apply. If the legal position for your registration differs, the applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Changes and cancellation by provider
If the program must be materially changed, postponed, or cancelled by the provider, participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible. If the program is cancelled by the provider and no reasonable substitute is offered, payments already made for the affected program will be refunded.
9. Participation requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet the practical participation requirements described on the offer page, including suitable hardware, software, and account access where relevant.
